Find a Contract-Holder only
A set-up fee of: £550.00 plus VAT (£660 incl VAT)
This will include advertising and marketing, conducting viewings, tenant referencing, preparation of the occupational contracts and collection of the first month's rent. It is then the landlord's responsibility to maintain the tenancy, lodge the deposit, notify utilities and collect all future rents.
We recommend all landlords prepare an Inventory / Schedule of condition prior to the letting of a property. We can offer this service if required. (subject to availability)

2 Beds - £90 plus VAT (£108 incl VAT)
3 Beds - £100 plus VAT (£120 incl VAT)
4+ Beds - £110 plus VAT (£132 incl VAT)
Furnished Properties
1 Bed - £100 plus VAT (£120 incl VAT)
2 Beds - £110 plus VAT (£132 incl VAT)
3 Beds - £120 plus VAT (£144 incl VAT)
4+ Beds - £130 plus VAT (£156 incl VAT)

Rent Guarantee Service – Prices vary, available on request.
Possibility of Asbestos Check - £30 plus VAT (£36 incl VAT). Please note: If there is the possibility of Asbestos then a full survey will be required, and this can be organised with a contractor.
Legionella Risk Assessment Inspection and Record Form - £30 plus VAT (£36 incl VAT).
