Fees & Commissions
Full Management Service
- A set-up/reletting fee of: £500.00 plus VAT (£600 incl VAT)
- A monthly Management fee of: 11% plus VAT (13.2% Incl VAT) of the gross rent due each month.
This will include advertising and marketing, conducting viewings, tenant referencing, preparation of the occupational contracts and collection of the monthly rent and deposit, informing utilities/council of new occupiers and any meter readings as required, Inventory/Schedule of Condition, regular property inspections during the contract duration, maintenance coordination, check-out and informing utilities/council at end of contract, and dealing with deposit scheme, including arbitration.
Additional Fees:
- Renewal fee £75.00 plus VAT (£90 incl. VAT) for extension of a fixed-term Contract.
- Issue No Fault Notice £75.00 plus VAT (£90 incl. VAT)
- Notices with faults will be referred to a solicitor and all their charges will be charged directly to you, the Landlord.
- If we are informed of any changes to the current Contracts by the Welsh Government, we will contact you to discuss the charges depending on the amount of work needed.

Possibility of Asbestos Check - £30 plus VAT (£36 incl VAT). Please note: If there is the possibility of Asbestos then a full survey will be required, and this can be organised with a contractor.
Legionella Risk Assessment Inspection and Record Form - £30 plus VAT (£36 incl VAT).
